Pour rendre ces massages plus actifs et un peu plus agréables aussi, voici une petite recette d’huile de massage anti-cellulite : mélanger à une huile végétale de l’huile essentielle de cèdre d’Atlas, de géranium, de térébenthine et de thym (2 à 3 ml de chaque pour 100 ml).
Massez-vous énergiquement pendant au moins 15 min, 1 à 2 fois par jour et dites-moi ce que vous en pensez
