En novembre dernier, Grazia nous parlait du régime pomme. La leptine, que la pomme contient en grande quantité, aiderait à mincir, bien entendu en ayant à côté un régime équilibré.
Un peu sceptique, j’ai voulu tout de même essayer. Des fruits, ça doit pas pouvoir faire de mal ! Bon, je n’ai commencé qu’après les fêtes… histoire de ne pas maigrir avant de reprendre en mangeant des papillotes :p

Deux mois après, j’ai perdu. Pas énormément, un peu plus de 2 kilos, mais je n’en demandais pas plus.
Je ne sais pas si la leptine à une incidence quelconque, mais toujours avoir une pomme ou deux sur moi quand je vais en cours a une incidence très visible : au lieu de filer au distributeur prendre un Lion ou autre divine sucrerie, j’avais quelque chose à me mettre sous la dent, tout aussi sucrée mais bien meilleure pour ma ligne
